Responsibilities
Define seasonal buying strategies aligned with brand priorities and market opportunities.
Develop product assortment proposals that balance sell-out performance, brand building, and profitability, working along with CTCs to ensure channel priorities are covered.
Monitor key retail KPIs such as sell-out, sell-through, UPT, full price vs markdowns, inventory levels, and margin.
Identify commercial opportunities and risks and implement trading actions to drive performance.
Ensure healthy inventory levels and optimize stock allocation.
Balance commercial performance with brand presentation and consumer experience.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in buying, merchandising, trading, or retail planning.
Experience in fashion, sportswear, or consumer retail is a plus.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience working with planning tools, dashboards, advanced analytics or automation.
Strategic mindset with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual required).
