About the role

  • Contracts Manager overseeing contracts within Anglian Water’s AVH Parks portfolio. Responsible for compliance, performance, and budget management across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

  • Administering and managing contracts
  • Ensuring compliance and performance
  • Setting costs and budgets
  • Creating safety packs including Risk assessments and Method statements
  • Collaborate closely with Area Estates and Project Managers, as well as all in-house Teams and contractors

Requirements

  • Solid background in contract management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Excellent IT skills – experience in MS Office 365
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Strong background in tendering, procurement processes, and project delivery
  • Extensive experience in grounds maintenance operations, understanding industry standards, contractor performance management, and service quality expectations
