About the role

  • Customer support staff at a leading Swiss insurance company. Providing services and collaborating with field representatives in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing quotations for non-life insurance and private pension products
  • Opening claims and handling minor claims
  • Proactively collaborating with our field sales representatives
  • Direct customer contact by phone and at the service counter

Requirements

  • Commercial/vocational training in the insurance industry and experience in customer support at an all-lines insurer
  • VBV certification or industry-specific further training (e.g., professional diploma) is a plus
  • Strong service orientation with a structured and efficient way of working
  • Independent, reliable and composed personality
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Fluent, professional German (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of French and other languages is an asset
