About the role

  • You are the direct point of contact for our customers and independently answer all inquiries professionally and with great empathy
  • You record customers’ wishes and feedback and advocate for their implementation at Naturbummler
  • You continuously develop our customer channels and contribute your own ideas
  • You coordinate roof tent shipments and track various returns

Requirements

  • You have an open and polite manner and are comfortable approaching people
  • You have completed vocational training or a degree
  • The wellbeing of our customers is important to you
  • You show initiative and work solution-oriented
  • You have perfect German language skills, both written and spoken.
