About the role

  • Customer Service Representative assisting clients with inquiries about spiritual services via phone and email. Providing tailored recommendations and handling account-related questions with a focus on empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone and email with inquiries regarding their psychic readings, tarot card sessions, astrology reports, and other spiritual services.
  • Handle account-related questions, such as payment issues, subscription details, and account management.
  • Provide personalized recommendations for services based on customers' interests and past experiences.
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while listening and responding to customer concerns.
  • Effectively de-escalate and empathize with customers who may be upset or frustrated, providing calming and understanding responses.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while managing customer interactions in a friendly and supportive manner.
  • Continuously stay informed about the variety of services we offer to ensure accurate and helpful information is provided to customers.

Requirements

  • Previous inbound call center experience of at least 1 year is required.
  • Must have at least a year of experience handling two (2) channels - phone and email
  • Familiarity or interest in spiritual practices (psychic readings, tarot, astrology, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Must be flexible with work schedule however the current need is Monday through Friday 10:30am-7:00pm EST.
  • A home internet download speed of at least 25Mbps and upload speed of 25 Mbps, additionally, a wired Ethernet connection is usually recommended over Wi-Fi to provide more stable and consistent connectivity.
  • Proficiency in multitasking across multiple computer systems while actively engaging with customers.
  • Strong typing skills and the ability to toggle between systems quickly.
  • Experience in de-escalation and conflict resolution is highly desirable.
  • Will be required to have a camera on during company meetings.
  • Ability to work both from home and on-site as needed.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
