Responsibilities
A full-time branch-based opportunity working 35 hours per week.
Provide face-to-face support to our customers in one of our branches.
Learn, grow and develop within an inclusive organisation.
Transition into a range of roles such as helping customers over the phone from home.
Deliver outstanding service remotely via social media, web-chat and remote advice video calls.
Spend a minimum of 12 months in a customer service role, mastering new skills and dealing with more complex customer needs.

Requirements
You're a people person – to be honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required)
