About the role

  • Customer Success Specialist working with Swiss healthcare companies to ensure access to medical treatments. Focused on client success through expert support and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our clients in Switzerland to foster long-term partnerships and ensure their success with our solutions.
  • You are the expert on Swiss pharmaceutical reimbursement processes and translate this expertise into practical solutions for clients and the Lyfegen team.
  • You take ownership of Lyfegen's reimbursement service for Swiss clients, ensuring regulatory compliance, accuracy, and correct operational execution.
  • You provide high-quality, clear support, resolve complex questions and issues efficiently, and work closely with internal teams, including Product and Tech, to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer problems and platform optimization.
  • You proactively present new features, conduct upselling conversations, and advise clients by identifying and fulfilling additional needs to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • You design and deliver interactive onboarding trainings, lead and monitor the successful implementation of our solutions for Swiss clients, and coordinate all related onboarding activities.
  • You drive continuous improvement of support documentation, proactively address user concerns, and optimize customer support.
  • You represent the Swiss customer perspective in internal global strategy discussions and bring valuable insights into product development and Customer Success initiatives.

Requirements

  • Curiosity about technical products and enjoyment in explaining solutions to users in a simple, understandable way.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in B2B customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Ability to quickly and accurately understand complex processes.
  • Well-structured work approach and the ability to set priorities.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented – you take ownership of your work.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, driven to exceed customer expectations and solve difficult problems.
  • Experience supporting customers with complex B2B applications (preferred).
  • Experience in healthcare (preferred).
