About the role

  • Customer Success Manager building client relationships and driving renewals for Engage3 solutions. Responsible for account management and strategic consultation to maximize client value in Tirana.

Responsibilities

  • Drive renewals, identifying upsell opportunities
  • Accurately forecast renewal and upsell opportunities
  • Provide strategic consultation to customers
  • Communicate regularly with clients on product updates
  • Maintain accurate financial reporting for all accounts
  • Create and update opportunities with the correct sales stage

Requirements

  • College degree required; marketing and business degrees preferred
  • Minimum 0-3 years Engage3 experience or 1+ years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Analytics or Sales Support
  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to work US based hours
  • Demonstrate agility, a continuous improvement mindset, and action-orientation
  • Strong proficiency with Power Point, Excel, and Word; experience using Salesforce.com
