Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of data-driven CRM strategies, focusing on improving customer experience and the performance of relationship initiatives.
Monitor and report relevant CRM metrics and KPIs, contributing analyses and strategic insights.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure CRM strategies are integrated with product and communications initiatives.
Participate in customer journey mapping to identify opportunities to improve and personalize communication flows.
Assist in interpreting data and trends to propose continuous optimization actions.
Support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
Enrolled in an undergraduate program (from the 3rd semester onward) in Marketing, Communications, Data Analysis, or related fields.
Interest in CRM, data analysis, and customer strategy.
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and curiosity about data analysis tools.
Good communication skills, analytical ability, and eagerness to learn.
Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
Knowledge of or interest in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, RD Station, Braze).
Familiarity with segmentation concepts, automations, and customer journeys.
