About the role

  • Customer Success Specialist ensuring structured onboarding for new clients at Invenzi. Focusing on customer experience in access control and management solutions with technology integration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring alignment of scope, timelines, and expectations;
  • Organize and track implementation schedules;
  • Conduct kickoff and alignment meetings with clients;
  • Guide clients on platform configuration, usage, and initial best practices;
  • Coordinate technical steps with involved internal teams;
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure implementation proceeds as planned;
  • Record information and keep systems updated with implementation data;
  • Identify risks or potential delays and act preventively;
  • Ensure the client is ready to use the solution before transitioning to ongoing support;
  • Collect initial feedback on the onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support, Customer Success, implementation, or project roles;
  • Experience conducting meetings and tracking requests;
  • Strong organizational skills and deadline management;
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or task management tools;
  • Interest in technology and digital solutions.
