Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager, you will play a hands-on role in supporting our SME clients and contributing to the day-to-day operations of the Customer Success team.
This internship is for you if you are curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the inner workings of a fast-scaling fintech.
Requirements
Student in a business school or university (Master's level), with a strong interest in technology and data.
Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus), Google Sheets/Excel, and eager to develop skills in SQL or Google Analytics.
Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Native-level French and professional working proficiency in English.
