About the role

  • Senior CRM Strategist at Just a Little Data leading data-driven strategies across various industries. Requires solid experience in CRM and proven ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of data-driven CRM strategies based on consumer behavior and business objectives, from diagnosis to execution and measurement.
  • Map end-to-end customer journeys (B2B and B2C) and create multichannel communication cadences (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, etc.) aligned with retention, loyalty and LTV goals.
  • Define strategic KPIs, monitor performance and propose continuous testing for results optimization.
  • Act as the bridge between Data, Marketing, Customer Service and Innovation, ensuring CRM strategy is integrated across all business areas.
  • Lead workshops and strategic presentations for clients and internal stakeholders, with clear storytelling, relevant data and a long-term perspective.
  • Anticipate Martech and CRM trends, bringing practical innovation to projects.
  • Mentor and raise the level of the team by disseminating best practices, frameworks and a results-oriented culture.

Requirements

  • Solid experience (minimum 6–8 years) in strategic CRM planning at agencies, consultancies or large companies, with a proven portfolio across multiple industries.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, HubSpot, Adobe, RD Station, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
  • Ability to read, interpret and translate data into business decisions — not just reporting, but producing actionable insights.
  • 360° view of marketing and customer experience, with fluency in concepts such as CDP, advanced segmentation, personalization, automation and CLV.
  • Excellence in verbal and written communication (impeccable Portuguese; advanced English is a strong advantage).
  • Advanced presentation skills, storytelling, slide design and facilitation of strategic meetings.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented and results-driven mindset, comfortable working in agile environments with challenging deadlines.
