About the role

  • Fully own meaningful, strategic enterprise relations and LatAm book of business (plus select NA & EMEA accounts)
  • Work hand in hand with other members of the commercial team to build trusted, long-term ties with key accounts
  • Own and maintain relationships with assigned accounts, managing onboarding through renewal conversations
  • Act as a product ambassador, overseeing adoption and regular usage of Sylvera’s products and services within an international book of business
  • Advise customers on the entire product suite and expand footprint by promoting new products and services into customer accounts
  • Track and deliver customer value and secure renewals of product and services revenue on healthy commercial terms
  • Operate independently in a dynamic environment requiring high mental agility

Requirements

  • Business fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with enterprise accounts in a commercial role that includes value-based, direct customer engagement
  • Cares deeply about the climate and ecosystems of the earth
  • Self-starter who enjoys learning and thrives in constantly evolving environments; early-stage startup experience ideal
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders at the Senior Director/VP level with occasional exposure to senior executives
  • Experience may have been gained in consulting/advisory, customer success / account management
  • Open to occasional business travel in the region
  • Proven track record of working against commercial targets
  • Experience expanding existing accounts is highly beneficial
