Responsibilities

Requirements
Practical experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Confident use of modern communication tools and platforms and basic knowledge of CRM systems
Ability to explain complex topics clearly and a strong customer focus
Analytical skills and a data affinity to evaluate customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
