About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support during the onboarding phase of new customers to ensure a smooth start with our technology
  • Assist in creating and updating customer records and documentation in the CRM system
  • Contribute to developing and implementing strategies for customer retention and satisfaction
  • Organize and deliver webinars, workshops and other customer training initiatives
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback across various channels

Requirements

  • Practical experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Confident use of modern communication tools and platforms and basic knowledge of CRM systems
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and a strong customer focus
  • Analytical skills and a data affinity to evaluate customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
  • Independent, structured working style and ability to work in a team
