About the role

  • First Partner Success Manager responsible for building the partner ecosystem in the US market for AI-powered digital sales solutions. Collaborating with local sales teams and ensuring partner contributions to sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and activate channel and solution partners across US CRM ecosystems (primarily Salesforce)
  • Develop and execute joint business plans and repeatable GTM motions with strategic partners
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, including pipeline creation and closed-won ARR
  • Drive co-selling execution in close alignment with US Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Maintain visibility into partner pipeline, deal progression, and CRM attribution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for US strategic partners
  • Represent GetAccept in partner and customer conversations, including local events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development within the SaaS industry
  • Proficiency in translating complex product integrations into simple, engaging business narratives
  • Proficiency in working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Fluency in English, both writing and speaking
  • Preference for candidates with an existing SaaS network or CRM partner ecosystems
