About the role

  • Student Assistant in Customer Success for a growing SaaS startup helping restaurants digitalize inventory processes. Onboarding clients, product support, and improving internal processes.

Responsibilities

  • You guide new customers through onboarding, respond to support requests, and ensure they successfully get started with BarBrain.
  • You assist with creating customer products and organize inventory areas so our users can start right away.
  • You help improve internal processes and independently carry out small projects.
  • You work closely with Operations and Sales to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) — field of study flexible
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and contribute to a growing SaaS startup
  • Structured working style and quick comprehension
  • Confident with digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets, CRM systems)
  • Communicative, service-oriented, and reliable
  • Advantageous: first experience in Customer Success, hospitality, or startups
