About the role

  • PMO intern assisting in customer success plans and contract renewals for a tech solutions company in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor Adoption Plans for customers;
  • Populate the Customer Success system with reliable, up-to-date information;
  • Support contract renewal processes for support agreements;
  • Create quotes for software and support renewal processes;
  • Prepare commercial proposals for renewals;
  • Structure renewal plans involving Enterprise Agreements;
  • Manage scheduling of Customer Success activities with clients.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a higher education program;
  • Knowledge of process structuring;
  • Knowledge of Cisco Lifecycle Incentives;
  • Intermediate English.
