About the role

  • Assist with pricing, quote generation, parts identification, shipping, tracking, and returns
  • Provide top-notch customer service while upholding high-quality standards
  • Handle inbound customer interactions (50-70 phone calls/day and email)
  • Process customer requests (order entry, status updates, part identification, pricing, returns, etc.)
  • Collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments regarding customer needs

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a face-to-face or over-the-phone customer service role
  • Stellar organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, and computer skills
  • Excitement about taking a high volume of in-depth calls while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor
  • Familiarity with MS Office
  • Quality, high-speed internet connection at home
  • Positive, outgoing, team-spirited personality
  • Proficient in English (both written and verbal); bilingual is a plus
  • Available to work a schedule of M-F 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (EST); flexibility required for training schedule of M-F 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (EST)
