Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or other related field.
A minimum of 1-3 years of general customer service experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
Experience working with enterprise software systems preferred (SAP & IContracts).
Effective communicator across different mediums (oral, written, face-to-face, and remotely).
Proficiency in a variety of computer applications to include Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Must have working knowledge of formulas in Excel to handle and analyze a significant amount of data.
Excellent attention for detail, record keeping, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team-based environment.
Bilingual (Spanish) experience a plus.
