Responsibilities
Begeleiden van de klantreis van bouwfase tot exploitatie.
Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, makelaars en beleggers.
Informatie verschaffen over duurzame energievoorzieningen, facturering en contracten.
Zorg dragen voor goede klantenservice en helpen bij ingewikkelde vragen of problemen.
Organiseren van webinars en klantbijeenkomsten om proactief in te spelen op klantvragen.
Requirements
Een opleiding op minimaal MBO-4 niveau.
Meerdere jaren ervaring in het ondersteunen van klanten bij vragen en klachten.
Probleem van de klant helder krijgen en de juiste oplossing bieden.
Samenwerken met andere collega’s en komen met nieuwe ideeën en initiatieven.
Fulltime beschikbaar (40 uur per week).
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
