About the role

  • Kundenbetreuer/in at Vaudoise ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels. Providing information and support in the insurance sector with focus on online customers.

Responsibilities

  • You convey a positive and welcoming image of Vaudoise
  • You inform customers by phone, email, or chat about Vaudoise’s and our partners’ assistance and insurance services
  • You support online customers (motor vehicle policies, customer portal, etc.)
  • You answer calls from Vaudoise agencies
  • You coordinate customer inquiries with the relevant contacts
  • You act as the first point of contact for customer support

Requirements

  • Swiss Federal VET Certificate (EBA) or Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in a commercial/administrative field
  • Initial successful experience in a comparable role
  • Swiss German as native language
  • Very good knowledge of French
  • Basic knowledge of the insurance industry (advantage)
