Responsibilities
You convey a positive and welcoming image of Vaudoise
You inform customers by phone, email, or chat about Vaudoise’s and our partners’ assistance and insurance services
You support online customers (motor vehicle policies, customer portal, etc.)
You answer calls from Vaudoise agencies
You coordinate customer inquiries with the relevant contacts
You act as the first point of contact for customer support
Requirements
Swiss Federal VET Certificate (EBA) or Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in a commercial/administrative field
Initial successful experience in a comparable role
Swiss German as native language
Very good knowledge of French
Basic knowledge of the insurance industry (advantage)
