Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.
This includes handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Providing information about our products and services and resolving customer issues via phone and email.
There are no sales calls — customers contact you; this is not a sales role.
Requirements
You have prior experience in telephone-based customer service.
Experience in a bank or in financial services is a plus but not required.
You have an interest in international financial markets and financial products.
You have excellent written and spoken German.
English skills are an advantage.
You are comfortable using a PC and have a strong affinity for internet and software.
