About the role

  • Support Agent responsible for customer inquiries and issues in the financial market. Offering excellent service without sales conversation requirements.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.
  • This includes handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Providing information about our products and services and resolving customer issues via phone and email.
  • There are no sales calls — customers contact you; this is not a sales role.

Requirements

  • You have prior experience in telephone-based customer service.
  • Experience in a bank or in financial services is a plus but not required.
  • You have an interest in international financial markets and financial products.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German.
  • English skills are an advantage.
  • You are comfortable using a PC and have a strong affinity for internet and software.
