About the role

  • Junior Customer Service Agent for a modern language school in Berlin handling student inquiries and administrative tasks while providing support via email and phone.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries from our students via email and phone across Berlin and work at the school's reception on Warschauer Straße
  • Sell coursebooks and teaching materials
  • Perform administrative tasks such as planning the course schedule
  • Maintain student/customer data and associated documentation
  • Proactively ensure student satisfaction

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in customer service and/or administrative roles
  • Strong service orientation and enjoyment working with adult language learners
  • Organized and structured approach to work
  • Good English skills; German at least B2 level
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence handling email correspondence in English
  • Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office applications
