Sell coursebooks and teaching materials

Requirements
At least 1 year of professional experience in customer service and/or administrative roles
Strong service orientation and enjoyment working with adult language learners
Organized and structured approach to work
Good English skills; German at least B2 level
Excellent communication skills and confidence handling email correspondence in English
Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office applications
