  • Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative at The Montgomery Agency providing client support for insurance policies. Collaborating with team to resolve inquiries and claims for excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our policyholders, addressing their inquiries and requests promptly and accurately.
  • Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, explaining coverage details, and answering any questions they may have.
  • Process policy changes and endorsements with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our policyholders, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times.
  • Assist in customer claims processing and resolution.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain insurance license quickly.
  • Dependable, honest, and hardworking.
  • Straight-forward communicator with empathy and compassion.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Passionate about relationship building, genuinely caring and driven to fulfill customers’ needs.
