Requirements

  • Empathetic Communication: Ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy and understanding.

  • Work Schedule: Rotative schedule from Monday to Sunday between 9:00 am & 8:00 pm.
  • Salary: €11,595.34 gross per year
  • Holidays: 24 working holidays (pro-rata)

  • Training: 8 days of office based training from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
