Responsibilities

  • Talk with customers, agents and clients by phone and/or web to answer insurance related questions regarding the customer’s account.
  • Follow-up to ensure accuracy of information and timely response.
  • Assist customers with problem resolution to meet all insurance requirements.
  • Process policies and related documents to ensure accurate flow through the processing system.
  • Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have at least six months of customer service-related experience
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, spelling, and grammar)
