Responsibilities
Support the Fisheries Team in the delivery of the certification schemes, primarily MSC Fisheries, and Marin Trust.
Management of subcontractors, and input and maintenance of the platforms used by the team for audit planning and financial reporting.
Support LRQA’s Quality Team ensuring that documentation, control manuals and operating procedures are fit for purpose and comply with accreditation body and scheme owner requirements.
Contribute to internal and external audit and review processes as required.
Requirements
A strong grasp of administrative programmes/software and database management.
Able to work both as part of a team and, where required, without supervision including prioritising, planning, and scheduling work effectively.
Analytical approach to work and excellent attention to detail.
Experience working with finance platforms
An interest in marine science/aquaculture.
Experience with administering company compliance requirements
Prior experience of accredited certification schemes and auditing, particularly in schemes such as Marine Stewardship Council or Marin Trust
Second or subsequent languages (other than English).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office.
Flexible approach to working hours where required.
