About the role

  • Help customers solve their problems through chat, email, and MS Teams
  • Provide concierge-level care and support to customers
  • Work with back-office teams to handle escalations
  • Learn the ropes and get set up with one client on production in the first month
  • Multitask and provide interactive solutions while treating customers well
  • Interact with various people on a range of problems

Requirements

  • 0-1 year experience in customer service or technical support role
  • Flexible to work in Voice and Chat Process
  • Willingness to Work from Office as per Hybrid Work Model
  • Windows 10 troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Experience working with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems (preferred)
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise (preferred)
  • Support help desk experience (preferred)
  • Customer support experience (preferred)
  • Experience modifying approaches and adapting to customer needs (preferred)
