You act as the central point of contact for our customers and partners via phone and email
You are responsible for the complete handling of the order process: entering orders, creating order confirmations, and ensuring on-time delivery to our customers
You work closely with our warehouse team, key account managers and international colleagues in New Zealand and China
You actively support the team in projects and continuously work on optimizing our internal processes to improve service
You prepare listing documents, partly via customer portals

Requirements
You have completed vocational training or have equivalent experience in customer service or a related field
You have a strong service and customer focus and enjoy dealing with customers and sales partners
You are a true team player, work in a solution-oriented and independent manner and demonstrate strong communication skills
You have excellent organizational skills and a business-minded approach
Your working style is characterized by high reliability, accuracy and a strong quality awareness
You are IT-affine — very good Excel skills are a given for you; SAP experience is an advantage
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
