About the role

  • Customer Service Expert helping UK customers with insurance claims via phone. Providing support through effective communication and assisting with claims processes and queries.

Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound calls from customers wishing to make an insurance claim
  • Support your customer through the process, assisting with fresh claims, updates, and general enquiries
  • Follow set questions on your PC to determine options available to them
  • Provide a positive experience on every call
  • Talk to a variety of customers
