Customer Service Specialist providing quality support in logistics for fairs and events in Madrid. Managing client inquiries and coordinating logistic services for exhibitions and conferences.
Responsibilities
ofrecer una atención al cliente de calidad, tanto telefónica, presencial como por correo electrónico
gestionar presupuestos de servicios de transporte y logística solicitados por los clientes
contactar por email y telefónico con los distintos clientes de las ferias/congresos
elaborar ordenes de trabajo basadas en las solicitudes presupuestadas
resolver incidencias
coordinar ordenes de trabajo a realizar para cada cliente en la feria
seguimiento de la facturación y de los pagos realizados por los clientes
Requirements
Disponibilidad para trabajar con turnos rotativos de 08:30h-17:00h y de 13:00h-21:30h, incluido fines de semana.
Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en Atención al cliente.
CFGS en Administración y Finanzas, Auxiliar Administrativo o similar.
Nivel de Ingles medio (B2).
