Responsibilities
Assist to manage and track MOC activities
Ensure timely execution and support teams by identifying and removing bottlenecks
Collaborate closely with technical and plant teams
Handle key administrative tasks
Provide valuable insights that contribute to continuous improvement
Ensure that all MOC related data and information is up to date
Follow up with involved parties on current statuses of MOCs
Generate reports from the system
Help to track organizational changes with consequential impact to the MOC process
Identify/track root causes for delays for further process improvement
Requirements
Experience in handling administrative tasks
Experience in manufacturing is an added advantage
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English; additional languages is an added advantage
Skilled in Microsoft Excel
Experienced in working with database systems to enhance personal productivity and effectiveness
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
