About the role

  • MOC Support Specialist at allnex managing and tracking MOC activities for process improvement. Collaborating closely with technical teams to enhance efficiency and support organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Assist to manage and track MOC activities
  • Ensure timely execution and support teams by identifying and removing bottlenecks
  • Collaborate closely with technical and plant teams
  • Handle key administrative tasks
  • Provide valuable insights that contribute to continuous improvement
  • Ensure that all MOC related data and information is up to date
  • Follow up with involved parties on current statuses of MOCs
  • Generate reports from the system
  • Help to track organizational changes with consequential impact to the MOC process
  • Identify/track root causes for delays for further process improvement

Requirements

  • Experience in handling administrative tasks
  • Experience in manufacturing is an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages is an added advantage
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel
  • Experienced in working with database systems to enhance personal productivity and effectiveness
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
