About the role

  • Remote customer service associate handling mortgage payments, escrow, and benefits inquiries at Mr. Cooper Group. Answer 40–50 calls daily; support customers 30 days or less past due.

Responsibilities

  • Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound (dialer) calls a day
  • Assist customers with payment options, escrow items and general mortgage information
  • Discuss Mr. Cooper customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web and IVR
  • Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
  • Participate in a comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training; equipment provided
  • Align work schedule after training with business hours (Monday–Friday 7am–8pm, one Saturday monthly)

Requirements

  • 6 months customer service experience
  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Must reside within 60 miles from office location
  • Attendance required for the first 90 days of training
  • Availability for Hours of Operations: Monday - Friday 7am – 8pm and one Saturday a month
