Responsibilities
Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound (dialer) calls a day
Assist customers with payment options, escrow items and general mortgage information
Discuss Mr. Cooper customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web and IVR
Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
Participate in a comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training; equipment provided
Align work schedule after training with business hours (Monday–Friday 7am–8pm, one Saturday monthly)
Requirements
6 months customer service experience
Call center experience is a plus
Must reside within 60 miles from office location
Attendance required for the first 90 days of training
Availability for Hours of Operations: Monday - Friday 7am – 8pm and one Saturday a month
