About the role

  • Assistente de atendimento ao cliente for a bar chain in Belo Horizonte. Responsible for customer reservations, data management, and marketing actions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling all customer requests for table reservations and birthday parties;
  • Responsible for processing customer data, managing and applying points in the bar's loyalty and discount program called FIDELIZE;
  • Provide excellent, attentive service to all customers, resolve reservation requests and forward issues to management;
  • Handle customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, and social media always with courtesy and respect;
  • Organize and execute the entire customer points process in the FIDELIZE system, including creating activities to inform customers about points available for use at the bar;
  • Develop initiatives to increase customer loyalty, such as creating birthday lists to invite customers to celebrate on-site;
  • Respond to customers via WhatsApp;
  • Create marketing actions and campaigns and publish them on social media;

Requirements

  • Preferably pursuing a degree in Social Media or Marketing;
  • Flexible availability and immediate start;
  • Own vehicle preferred;
  • Basic knowledge of creating marketing materials or using Canva.
