Responsibilities
Collect, process and organize logistics performance and customer service data;
Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and automated reports (Power BI, Excel, etc.);
Analyze service-level indicators (OTIF, Shipping/Dispatch, customer response lead time, etc.) and propose improvements;
Assist with integrating and validating databases across systems (ERP, SharePoint, spreadsheets);
Identify trends and operational deviations, conducting root-cause analyses and making recommendations;
Contribute to operational efficiency projects and the digitalization of logistics processes;
Attend performance meetings and support the updating and interpretation of area KPIs.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in Industrial/Production Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields (from the 4th semester onward);
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Power BI or Power Query;
Basic knowledge of SQL, DAX or Python is a plus;
Intermediate English and basic Spanish for reading and interacting with international affiliates;
Interest in logistics and customer service metrics (Customer Service);
Analytical profile, with logical reasoning and curiosity about data.
