Responsibilities
Manage post-sales activities and delivery of customer programs for Automotive and enterprise clients in Japan
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product delivery meets and exceeds customer expectations
Accountable for program delivery within budget while addressing complex customer needs and requirements
Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, working closely with account managers to address escalations
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring compliance with budget and quality standards
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and engage with engineering and product units
Champion best practices in risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and successful program delivery
Act as a spokesperson for senior stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and customer obsession
Representing the customer in the TomTom product units and following up on projects critical to the customer
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management and product lifecycle management
Strong knowledge of the automotive & enterprise industry trends
Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills; mastery of English and Japanese is a must
