  • Support customers throughout the ordering and delivery process
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Provide advice on technical questions

  • Assess warranty and guarantee cases
  • Responsible for returns and credit notes
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

  • Experience with bicycles and basic repairs
  • Technical interest and understanding
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Structured and organized working style
  • Interest in digital topics
  • Sense of responsibility and ability to make quick decisions
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage (particularly Polish, French and/or Italian)
