About the role

  • Customer Care Specialist at Reconomy supporting regulatory obligations and customer service through phone and email communications during pre-commercial phases.

Responsibilities

  • Support the customer by phone and/or email during the pre-commercial registration phase, as well as later for other obligations for already registered customers (market entry declarations, marketing of new products)
  • Reporting activities (reporting to the coordination center and data consolidation for the Group)
  • Support the updating of data in commercial contracts (prices, time references, regulatory updates, internal policies)
