About the role

  • Drive customer engagement across North EMEA
  • Spearhead improvement of relationships with strategic customers
  • Orchestrate customer experiences in physical, virtual, and hybrid formats
  • Showcase trends and packaging solutions at PackRight Centers
  • Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and webinars
  • Build strong partnerships across the organization
  • Localize insights on trends, e-commerce, and sustainability

Requirements

  • Business degree at BSC level or equivalent
  • 5-7 years business experience (4-5 years in commercial roles)
  • Experience in leading Customer Experience of large customers
  • Experience in Business Development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamic
  • Experience working in a multinational, corporate environment
  • Stakeholder management experience at senior management level
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent language skills in English and one Baltic or Nordic language
