Responsibilities
Respond to comments, messages, and posts across social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Handle customer queries, compliments, and complaints efficiently
Encourage customers to engage with the Wild community
Monitor customer sentiment and feedback, flag trends or issues
Assist with reporting, tracking engagement metrics, and managing inboxes
Represent the Wild brand authentically and enthusiastically
Requirements
