About the role

  • Respond to comments, messages, and posts across social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Handle customer queries, compliments, and complaints efficiently
  • Encourage customers to engage with the Wild community
  • Monitor customer sentiment and feedback, flag trends or issues
  • Assist with reporting, tracking engagement metrics, and managing inboxes
  • Represent the Wild brand authentically and enthusiastically

  • Excellent written communication skills and a friendly, professional tone
  • Organized and can proactively manage competing priorities
  • Natural problem solver who stays calm under pressure
