About the role

  • Processes customer orders received through phone, chat, mail, fax, and email
  • Responds to customer inquiries and resolves order-related issues promptly
  • Maintains and updates customer account information for accuracy
  • Enters and manages order data in Oracle
  • Collaborates with internal teams and external partners for order processing
  • Handles payments from mail orders
  • Answers and routes corporate phone line calls
  • Participates in process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent, required
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Required to work in the office 2 days per week
  • Must be located within the Nashville Metro Area
  • Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (HK) and other relevant software, preferred
