About the role

  • Support a moderate scale of customer service activities for a single site team
  • Contribute to optimizing and monitoring shipping, including processing complex orders from customers
  • Resolving order issues, as well as administrating government bids and contracts
  • Maintain systems and relationships that meet customer demand forecast
  • Inform customers about order status, invoices, contract balances
  • Execute customer service strategies
  • Provide support to improvement projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with contracts such as government, legal etc.
  • Experience in SAP
  • Experience in Salesforce
  • Experience with MS Suite and Adobe
  • Open to potential travel up to 10%
