About the role

  • Own and enhance the Dynamics 365 CRM platform to support commercial workflows and ensure system reliability.
  • Ensure data integrity and deliver accurate reporting across sales, billing, and contracts in collaboration with Finance and Business Central teams.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation for CRM and project management tools.
  • Translate commercial and real estate processes into CRM design for efficient team operations.
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvements across CRM and connected systems.
  • Act as a bridge between business and tech teams to support integration and data insights.
  • Guide CRM development, including coordination with external consultants for complex tasks.
  • Collaborate with the data team to build Power BI dashboards and maintain validation rules and business logic.
  • Support daily operations through troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Optimize and automate workflows across CRM, ACC, and Business Central.
  • Enable effective use of CRM data for marketing and customer segmentation.
  • Lead integration planning between CRM, data platforms, and other systems with IT and Data teams.

Requirements

  • Education or work experience in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365, including reporting and integrations with finance/sales systems (e.g., Business Central).
  • Experience configuring, maintaining, and improving Dynamics 365 CRM platforms; strong understanding of sales, acquisition, and contract workflows.
  • Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Excel).
  • High comfort level working with data quality and data flows across systems.
  • Proactive problem-solver; able to identify blockers early and prioritize quick wins and long-term improvements.
  • Strong communication skills; able to translate technical topics for non-technical stakeholders and convert user needs into system requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments; flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.
