About the role

  • Own and scale CRM journeys from onboarding to winback
  • Help shape long-term CRM strategy and campaign planning
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversion
  • Analyze performance using Tableau, Deployteq and Google Analytics
  • Set up multichannel automations using email, push and in-app triggers
  • Plan and launch localized campaigns in 10+ countries
  • Test new ideas like gamified flows and app-based campaigns
  • Work closely with product, BI, design, content and legal teams
  • Support a potential migration to a new CRM tool

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CRM experience
  • Hands-on with tools like Deployteq or Selligent
  • Confident building, QA’ing, and launching email and push campaigns
  • Strong communicator and project manager across multiple teams
  • Comfortable with fast-paced work and shifting deadlines
  • Proactive channel owner mindset focused on performance and quality
  • Analytical and data-driven; comfortable with number crunching
  • Preferred but not required: Technically confident, able to support a CRM tool migration
  • Ability/willingness to work hybrid from Eindhoven office three days per week
