Work with best-in-class partners to accelerate proposition initiatives
Become a subject matter expert of internal and external bonus and reward systems.
Collaborate with the proposition, local CRM & VIP teams to ensure ComeOn are utilising the best mechanics for cost effective promotions.
Support the continual global and local promotions and performance.
Monitor and analyse performance metrics related to personalisation efforts and provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior management.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to personalisation and incorporate them into our strategy as appropriate.
Requirements
1-2 years in an CRM/Promotions role within iGaming.
Solid understanding of Casino, Live Casino & Sports product verticals
Passion for delivering best-in-class experiences for customers.
An interest and willingness to learn promotion / campaign analysis.
A self-starter who can deliver personalisation from inception to being in the “customer’s hands”.
Good organisation and time-management skills.
Social and loves working in a multicultural environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with many different stakeholders across a high paced company.
