About the role

  • Assist in building and deploying non-marketing communications in Braze.
  • Support the set-up and QA of live automations.
  • Help maintain clean, accurate data attributes and events in Braze.
  • Work with Operations, Product, Compliance, and Data teams to deliver requirements.
  • Monitor deliverability and flag issues to the team.
  • Learn to troubleshoot technical problems and support incident escalations.
  • Gain exposure to Braze tools, integrations, and governance processes.
  • Support colleagues by sharing best practice as your expertise develops.

Requirements

  • Some experience using a CRM or marketing automation platform (Braze experience a strong plus).
  • Interest in CRM operations, customer communications, and technical problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working with data and learning technical concepts (attributes, events, triggers).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
  • Curious, quick learner with a proactive approach.
  • Exposure to query or scripting languages (SQL, JSON, Liquid) a plus, but not essential.
