Work closely with data teams to build targeted and data-driven CRM initiatives.
Develop tailored engagement strategies for each player value segment to strengthen loyalty and retention.
Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure CRM activities align with wider business goals whilst keeping in mind relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal policies.
Keep an eye on market trends and competitor actions to keep CRM efforts innovative and competitive.
Requirements
Experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry.
Fluency in German and English are required.
Additional languages are a plus.
Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms, campaign tools, and segmentation methodologies.
A strong interest in sports and betting, and strong understanding of the online sports betting industry.
Comfortable working with key financial KPIs with strong skills in analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
Experienced in A/B testing, marketing automation, and executing multi-channel campaigns.
Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and collaborate effectively across different functions in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
