About the role

  • Create and roll out effective CRM campaigns and strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement, retention, and long-term value.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including onsite, email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve campaign performance and user interaction.
  • Work closely with data teams to build targeted and data-driven CRM initiatives.
  • Develop tailored engagement strategies for each player value segment to strengthen loyalty and retention.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure CRM activities align with wider business goals whilst keeping in mind relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal policies.
  • Keep an eye on market trends and competitor actions to keep CRM efforts innovative and competitive.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry.
  • Fluency in German and English are required.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms, campaign tools, and segmentation methodologies.
  • A strong interest in sports and betting, and strong understanding of the online sports betting industry.
  • Comfortable working with key financial KPIs with strong skills in analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Experienced in A/B testing, marketing automation, and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and collaborate effectively across different functions in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
