About the role

  • Developing and executing canvas strategies aimed at guiding users through their product journey.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging and informative canvas content, including emails, in-app messages, and educational materials.
  • Leveraging data analytics to gain insights into user engagement patterns and preferences.
  • Generating reports and providing recommendations to enhance canvas performance.
  • Analyzing user behavior and feedback to continually optimize canvas activities.
  • Monitoring engagement metrics and user interactions to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Using customer segmentation strategies to tailor canvases to different user segments.
  • Implementing personalization tactics to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of canvas content.

Requirements

  • Extensive Experience: you have at least 4 years of related experience in CRM Consumer and Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Tool Expertise: you have deep knowledge in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (Braze is a plus).
  • Creative Mindset: You have a strong creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content that captures attention.
  • Structured Communication: You are able to communicate in a structured and convincing manner, adapting your style to build trust positively and professionally with various stakeholders.
  • Impact & Ownership: You are results-oriented, bring an entrepreneurial spirit to your tasks, and are visibly passionate about your work.
  • Analytical Mindset: You have an analytical viewpoint and the ability to analyse complex data, translating them directly into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
