Set a CRM & user engagement vision spanning activation, retention, monetization; ensure execution is aligned with your vision and bring the rest of the org along.
Own the LiveOps calendar and execute campaigns per week across apps and key markets, ensuring alignment with product and monetization goals.
Define user segments and lifecycle stages to deliver personalized journeys for onboarding, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation.
Operate and optimize communication channels (push, in-app, email), ensuring relevant, timely, and high-quality messaging.
Manage campaign setup, targeting, triggers, and QA using Pushwoosh (or similar platforms), with minimal tech support.
Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize copy, rewards, timing, and mechanics, measuring uplift on KPIs such as ARPU, retention, and churn.
Collaborate with product teams to design scalable, reusable systems (e.g. configurable boosters, reactivation templates) that reduce dependency on development.
Conduct competitive research and propose at least one new LiveOps mechanic or campaign idea each month.
Prepare concise post-campaign reports, documenting results, insights, and recommendations.
Lead seasonal and themed events (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), coordinating cross-app efforts.
Reactivate lapsed or churned users through data-driven win-back campaigns.
Ensure compliance with user privacy, opt-ins/opt-outs, and communication best practices.
Share learnings, benchmarks, and process documentation to improve team efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in CRM, LiveOps, or lifecycle marketing, Preferably within the mobile gaming or mobile app industry.
Proven track record of improving user engagement, retention, and monetization through targeted campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Pushwoosh or similar engagement platforms (e.g. Braze, Leanplum, Airship, OneSignal, Iterable) is required.
Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret campaign data and user behavior to drive decisions.
Familiarity with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and cohort tracking.
Comfort working with data and analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics).
Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of running multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
