About the role

  • Develop and execute the business strategy for a credit card vertical, aligning with company goals
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to enhance product offerings
  • Own the P&L of one of our credit card verticals, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as portfolio growth, customer acquisition, retention, and credit performance
  • Optimize pricing, fees, and rewards structures to balance customer value and profitability
  • Work closely with credit risk teams to refine underwriting policies and risk strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • Solid experience in credit cards, banking, consulting, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of credit cards, risk management, and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in product management, financial analysis, and P&L ownership
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and SQL
  • Advanced English level
