Responsibilities
Develop and execute the business strategy for a credit card vertical, aligning with company goals
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to enhance product offerings
Own the P&L of one of our credit card verticals, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as portfolio growth, customer acquisition, retention, and credit performance
Optimize pricing, fees, and rewards structures to balance customer value and profitability
Work closely with credit risk teams to refine underwriting policies and risk strategies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Solid experience in credit cards, banking, consulting, or financial services
Strong understanding of credit cards, risk management, and regulatory frameworks
Experience in product management, financial analysis, and P&L ownership
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in data analysis and SQL
Advanced English level
